In your SIF, the logic solver is the PLC. Final element leg for valve 1 simply consists of the solenoid, actuator and valve. The final element leg for valve 2 includes the ESD system as an interface module in addition to the solenoid, actuator and valve. You can input the failure rates of the ESD by entering it as a 'my own' device.
