The Achieved SIL box is not updating. An example is where the SIL 2 has been calculated/achieved but the SIL Achieved box shows 0. Not sure if this is an error I am making or a software problem. Please advise.

The achieved SIL is the minimum of 3 calculated SIL levels, i.e. SIL based on PFDavg, SIL based on architectural constraints, and SIL based on systematic capability. The SILac and SILcap are to the right of the SIL PFDavg. I expect that one of these is 0 and therefore your overall achieved SIL is 0.
