When creating new SIL verification calculations it appears I can only select logic solvers from 'EDB' as opposed to adding my own failure rate information.

You can define a custom logic solver in exSILentia's library. This can be found on your dashboard. In the library, select 'Logic Solver Models'. There is an option to do simple or advanced user defined logic solvers.
