If the user logs off properly then the account should be available for imminently use from a different workstation. The black screen only occurs if 2 users are log in the same account or if the display settings on a Windows 10 are incorrect. User needs to confirm that the scale any layout percent is the same for all monitors. Citrix has a hard time rendering multiple DPI settings. If the problem persists, please raise this as a support ticket as we need to involve our Citrix support specialists
