We need to do the SIL Verification of a safety loop which does not include a PLC but goes from the sensor to the final element through direct cabling (TT which stops a motor). How can we do this?

As you may well know, exSILentia "requires" that all three parts of the SIF are configured before the overall SIF is calculated. You therefore need to model a logic solver. in this case you should model this as a "wire", create a user defined logic solver with a lambdaSU of 1e-9 and a lambdaDU of 1e-11, architecture type A. This will yield a result for the logic solver that is significantly low to avoid any impact on your overall SIF.
