I have a 1oo2 of 2 pressure sensors (A and B). Since both sensors are safety relevant, they are connected to the safety PLC. Can I also claim Ext. Comp. for this system? If so, how much coverage can be claimed for it?

You can claim external comparison if you implement a deviation alarm (or go to the safe state if a deviation is detected) between the two signals. The effectiveness of the coverage depends on the action implemented.
