Can you explain what does it mean by Digital Out Low Channel and Digital Out High Channel? Is it related with the power of the logic solver?

Digital Low and Digital Out are intended to account for different output amperage. Digital Out High is considered 2 amps or more, Digital Low is considered less than 2 amps. In this case I would specify the failure rates in the Digital Out Low option.
