1. Yes, the correct location to specify the solenoid is in the Final Element Interface.
2. The software assumes each valve has a dedicated solenoid.
3. The partial stroke testing is automatically applied to all final element devices, however you can exclude a device by deselecting the PVST button that appears in orange next to each device.
