Sometimes a user settings file can get corrupted, or contain invalid values from Windows.
If you get this error:
Delete your user settings file (userSettings.xml)
Typically found in %userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\exida\exSILentia 4 - the system will regenerate it with defaults if its gone so it's fine to delete.
