To create a new ticket, simply click on the "Open a New Ticket" link and enter the required details.

To check an existing ticket, click on the "Check Ticket Status" link and enter your email address and ticket number. A link to your ticket will then be emailed to you to allow you to review or update accordingly.

It should be placed in the exida\exSILentia 4 folder where you installed exSILentia 4.

How do we change an online user account?

Please raise a support ticket here - https://support.exida.com/ and provide us with the account name(s) in question.

I receive an error after pressing Check Request to update to latest version.

Please ensure that Port 333 is not blocked as this is what is used by our system to check for software updates.
