 To create a new ticket, simply click on the "Open a New Ticket" link and enter the required details.
To check an existing ticket, click on the "Check Ticket Status" link and https://support.exida.com/scp/pages.php?id=3# enter your email address and ticket number. A link to your ticket will then be emailed to you to allow you to review or update accordingly.

exSILentia Cloud users should now log into exSILentia Cloud through the Windows App environment. Please raise a support ticket if you need assistance.
